All state coordinators are requested to make reservations for the selected child scientist, escort teachers and coordinators (not above than quota) also other necessary formalities to reach the venue. Kindly inform the organizers well in advance about your travel plans and number of participants including Name, age, sex and if disabled so that organiser can make necessary arrangements for pleasent stay and arrange for pickup dropping schedule for smooth journey.
